We’re excited to share a big milestone in our journey with the opening of The Elite Health Club in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO)! 🎉 After countless attempts to get connected with the management, we’re thrilled to finally announce that the club is now live and ready to welcome both adults and children to experience the best in fitness and wellness! ❤️
For individuals aged 16 and above, full gym access is available without parental supervision. Teens between 12 to 16 years old can access the cardio area under parental supervision, while children aged 2.5 to 16 years old can enjoy entertainment classes and kids’ activities.

As a member of The Elite Health Club, you’ll enjoy access to a wide range of premium facilities. These include the mixed gym, which is fully equipped for all your training needs, and a ladies-only gym that offers a private and comfortable space for women. You can also participate in group fitness classes, with up to three classes available each week, and make use of the swimming pool for laps or relaxation. To aid in recovery, there’s also access to a sauna and steam room.
The gym is open from 6:00 AM to Midnight, while the swimming pool is available from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM.
To check in, simply head to the right side of the Security Reception at Semmer Villas Community Centre.
Gym access for guests is priced at AED 80 per person per visit, with the club’s Guest T&C’s applying. For kids, pool access costs AED 50 for children aged 2 years old and above, while access for children under 2 years old is free.
There’s free parking available for all members and guests.
