Members have the following membership privileges & access:

  • Access to gym
  • Access to group classes (MMA, Muay Thai, Cycling, Barbell, Circuit, Strength Training, Yoga)
  • Access to swimming pool
  • Access to the gym and classes is limited to members aged 18 and above.

Additional benefits include:

  • Complimentary parking
  • Access to changing room facilities (including sauna)

* Please note that private personal trainers are not allowed to conduct training sessions in the gym.

“This club is for adult members 18 years and older. Children 17 years and under cannot access the club” 

Guest Fees

AED 52.50 for members when the gym is full

AED 105 for guest of adv+ members

Opening Hours Notes

Gym: Open 24 Hours from Monday to Sunday

Pool: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Check In Area

Please check in at the AB Fitness main reception.

Parking

Complimentary self-parking is available.
