Gym Etiquettes

• Wear Proper Shoes: Use supportive gym shoes; no slippers or barefoot allowed.
• Respect Space: Avoid crowding others and wait your turn
• Store Belongings Properly: Use lockers; don’t leave items on equipment or lobby area. 
• Re-Rack Weights: Return weights to their places after use.
• Limit Equipment Time: Be mindful of others; signal if you’re using a machine.
• Follow Rules: Adhere to gym-specific guidelines and dress codes.
