Little ones (ages 4–12) can enjoy the Kids Club, while members also receive 20% savings across dining, spa treatments at Saray Spa, personal training and group sessions, retail at Rebel Swell, plus preferred beach pass rates for guests.

Please ensure you bring a valid ID when visiting the facility, as this is a mandatory requirement to receive your access card and gain entry to the club. Members without a valid ID may unfortunately be denied access..

Members are required to sign the registration sheet and present a valid membership ID upon request to the Hotel staff. Members will then be required to switch an identification card with a resort's access card. All the resort cards must be returned to restaurant reservations/concierge desk after each guest use. Failure to return the resort card within the day, the hotel will charge 50AED/card/day to the user until the card is returned to the restaurant reservations desk.

In case of a lost card, the hotel will charge the user 150AED/card.
