Trident Wellness Centre is dedicated to delivering timeless yoga practices in a modern studio setting in the heart of Marina. With a mission to help members feel lighter, fresher, and stronger, the centre offers daily group and personalized yoga sessions across multiple traditions, including Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. Members enjoy access to group sessions with a limit of three classes per week.

• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Follow all club guidelines.
• External personal trainers and training others (members or not) are not allowed.
• Respect staff at all times. Abuse, threats, violence, or damage will not be tolerated.
• Former direct club members must wait 6 months after ending their membership before accessing via adv+.
