Our heated and non-heated group sessions include dynamic Yoga, Kettlebell training, Pilates, Barre, Bootcamp, Boxing, Battle Ropes, and HIIT. Class Policies:

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend classes.
• Liability Waiver: A Studio Liability Waiver must be signed prior to entering the class.
• Booking Policy: Members are required to book their class at least 4 hours in advance.
• Arrival Time: Members must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class.
• Late Arrival Policy: If a member arrives more than 5 minutes late, they will not be permitted to join or enter the class.

* Yoga mats are available for use during class only Preferably, all members are required to bring their own towel for use at the facility.

Failure to cancel a booking within the allowed cancellation policy, or in the case of no-shows, will result in the club being removed from your membership without replacement.
