WHAT is YOFIT? 

YOFIT Hot Studios is a boutique heated Yoga Fitness Fusion Studio offering a range of heated classes which challenge the mind and body in a unique way with a strong focus on breath control. All classes at YOFIT are heated to between 35-40 degrees and encourage a laid back positive approach to movement. 

WHY HEAT AT YOFIT?

There are so many benefits to stretching and working out in an infrared heated environment! Firstly – due to the heat, it is much easier to stretch the body more safely and more effectively! Other benefits also include strengthening and toning muscles, building focus and endurance, detoxification, stress relief – the list is endless! The heating element of course makes our YOFIT classes much more challenging than your average class. Therefore, it’s super important to listen to your body and remember to slow down or even take breaks if required!

• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Follow all club guidelines.
• External personal trainers and training others (members or not) are not allowed.
• Respect staff at all times. Abuse, threats, violence, or damage will not be tolerated.
• Former direct club members must wait 6 months after ending their membership before accessing via adv+.

All members are required to bring your own (BYO) towels for use at the facility. Alternatively, anti-slip towels are available for rent at the club for an additional charge of AED 5 per towel.

2 hours free parking in visitor parking C or innovation hub parking. On weekend parking is free.
