Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort was born — out of a determination to address the ailments of the modern world, to be preventative rather than curative, to do without the need for medication and assistance, and to create a special space that protects, nourishes and invigorates mind, body and soul

• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Follow all club guidelines.
• External personal trainers and training others (members or not) are not allowed.
• No outside food or drinks permitted inside the club.
• Respect staff at all times. Abuse, threats, violence, or damage will not be tolerated.
• Former direct club members must wait 6 months after ending their membership before accessing via adv+.

Gym (Ladies only) : 9:30 AM — 10:30 AM, 7:30PM — 8:30PM

Spa: 12:00 PM — 9:00 PM
