One (1) Cold Plunge access per member per week across all Surf House locations (pre-booking required).

Eligibility: Only for healthy individuals without heart, circulation, or major health issues. Consult a doctor if unsure.
Age: 16 up to 60 years old
Duration: Limit to 15 minutes max; beginners should start with 5-7 minutes.
Temperature: Keep water between 50°F (10°C) and 59°F (15°C).
Supervision: Recommended for beginners or those with health concerns.
Post-Bath: Warm up slowly after the session.
