Pilatiq Studio is open 7 days a week, offering a variety of Pilates and wellness classes throughout the day.

Studio Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Please check in at the studio reception upon arrival to confirm your attendance.
