- Join any group sessions up to two (2) classes per week per member (one class per day).
- Additional classes will be charged at the guest rate.
- On-site changing facilities
- Kids from 10 to 15 years old can attend the following classes — Hatha Glow, Kundalini Global & Tea, Stretch, Relax & Breath, Anxiety Relief Yoga & Meditation, Hatha Yoga Meditation & Tea, Reset & Release, Sacred Stillness - Yin Yoga, Sound Healing Meditation, Candlelight Yin
