• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Follow all club guidelines.
• External personal trainers and training others (members or not) are not allowed.
• No outside food or drinks permitted inside the club.
• Respect staff at all times. Abuse, threats, violence, or damage will not be tolerated.
• Former direct club members must wait 6 months after ending their membership before accessing via adv+.

Under 18 years must be accompanied by adult at all times.

Friday: 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM

Gents: Entrance is via the main club reception.

Ladies gym access: Entrance is at the back of the building.

Free parking at the front / back of the building.
