To access, must be 18 years old and above. Members below this age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A valid ID is required upon arrival. Children under 16 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Gaze at azure waters and the stunning sunsets from the comfort of our beach lounge chairs and freshen up before heading out for a delicious bite from a food truck by MLT.

Towels are available upon request at an additional charge of AED 50.

Sporting and water activities at Kai Beach are NOT permitted. This includes paddle boats, kayaks, and other similar equipment. Motorized water sports (e.g., jet skis, boats) and other boating activities (such as paddleboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, mooring, and anchoring) are also NOT allowed.
